- Reuse what you can as your own wrapping paper.
- Shred it and use this paper as packing material
- Add wrapping paper to your compost.
- Use it for various crafts.
- Turn the white side out and use it for mail wrapping
- Make your own Christmas ornaments using Christmas paper
- Make your own artsy fartsy paper
- Ask the local pet shelter or pet store if they can use the shredded paper for animal bedding
- Shred it and use this as Easter Basket hay
- Make your own items using this paper.
- Use for Card Making
- Use the decorative paper for scrapbooking if you have any scrap bookers in your family
- Recycling…. But check your City to see if they take this as recycling. I am not sure if my city takes this paper and am currently checking on that. I HOPE they do because I know I am going to have a TON of paper from recycling all of the paper of our families.

I love this post. I wrap all of my presents with the Sunday color comics after I finish reading them.
I love the idea of giving the paper to local pet stores. Pet stores can use the paper for small animals like gerbils and hamsters.
People who know me don’t wrap my gifts. They send my gifts in unwrapped boxes or give me gift bags, which I reuse. Thanks for posting this!
