Not only have you caught up with me on the food waste topic, but you have gone above and beyond to contact our local utilities and organizations to learn more about what they do, and how that affects the global warming crisis. I did know the amazing things Fargo has done with waste management by way of their website, but now I know that they are a wonderful group of people who want to educate the public.
